Saying the continued activities in Ukraine have been "heart-wrenching to watch," Illinois State Representative Jonathan Carroll (D-Northbrook) is assisting alleviation efforts via way of means of accumulating donations via April eleven at his Northbrook workplace.
"We're listening to reviews of maternity hospitals and animal shelters getting shelled, orphanages being evacuated, and kids being separated from their families," Carroll stated.
