University of Illinois freshman golfer and Glenbrook North High School alum Nick Hardy became commemorated through the Village board this week for his end in a 52nd area tie on the U.S. Open this year.

"The Northbrook network is notably pleased with Nick's achievements," Village President Sandy Frum examine as a part of a proclamation on Monday, in line with the Northbrook Star.
"I'm only a youngster from Northbrook who grew up gambling the sport that I love, and simply persevered to get higher and higher and attempted to enhance at it and paintings at it, and simply accept as true with that regardless of how a long way I get I can paintings at it and get wherein I need to be," he
